   Suggested Detox Dose and Duration

Here are some guidelines for how much Natural Cellular Defense 2 to use daily during a detox ; and for also for how long to continue your detox, based on your history and degree of toxin exposure.

   Detox Dose

- Children : 3 x 2-3 drops (total 3 doses daily), depending on size of child.
- Teenagers and adults : 3 x 4-5 drops daily.

- Cat or small dog 3 x 1-2 drops (total 3 doses daily).
- Larger dog : 3 x 2-3 drops, depending on size of the dog.
- Horses : 3 x 7-8 drops daily.

There can be variations to these detox recommendations according to condition - generally speaking, if you're sick, more is better. An example in this case would be to take 5 drops 3-4 times a day. Be sure to drink enough water during your detox - NCD is excreted harmlessly in the urine, taking toxins - and also water - with it.

It's quite OK to start slow - for instance by using 1/3 the planned number of drops per dose on the first day, 2/3 the amount on the the second day, then the full amount thereafter. If you should feel "headachy" or fatigued during your detox, drink more water - or lower your dose for a day or two, then build up again.    Duration of Your Detox

Another very natural question is how long you should continue an NCD detox. You'll need to ask yourself : how intensive has my exposure to environmental toxins been, and how long has the exposure gone on ? For a healthy person with fairly light known lifetime toxin exposure, three months on a 3 x 5 drops a day dose might be adequate - after which you'd continue on a maintenance dose of 3 x 2 drops a day. A detox of one to three months each future year would also be appropriate - the length of the detox depending on the intensity of your ongoing exposure.

If on the other hand you have had intensive or long term exposure to environmental toxins, or have existing significant health issues, you may want to stay on your detox for a longer time.
