I know I've just made a very bold statement, but I'll stand by it.
Advanced - in fact Nobel Prize winning - research has discovered that certain structures on our DNA, known as telomeres, are closely connected with the aging process. At birth each strand of DNA has some 10,000 of these, but as we age our processes of cellular reproduction decline.
